Kerala High Court ordred CBI inquiry

Jisamol was a nursing student at Sanjos Hospital, Pavaratty. 2005 Dec, 5 in a suspicious circumstance her dead body was found at the hospital hostel. At that period Fr. Paul Payyappilly was the director of the hospital. It was suspected the death of Jisamol happened after cruel rape. The case for CBI inquiry was pending with Kerala High Court for the last few years.
